The scope of construction includes the building of Bentar Temple Gate, temple arrangement, Security Guard Post, Bale Bengong Gazebo, limousine parking with a capacity of 256 units, public facilities, panel rooms, canteen, water tanks, and emergency vehicle parking.

Infrastructure support is also offered by preserving nine roads and bridges divided into two work packages. Package I comprises road and bridge preservation of seven sections, with a total length of 22 km.

The seven segments are Pesanggaran Intersection - Benoa Gate, Kuta Intersection - Pesanggaran Intersection, Kuta Intersection - Ngurah Rai Monument, Airport Intersection - Ngurah Rai Monument, Ngurah Rai Monument - Nusa Dua Intersection, Pesanggaran Internsection - Sanur Intersection, and Jimbaran - Uluwatu (GWK), and Pesanggaran Intersection – Sanur Intersection (Sarangan).
