The Radio Public Broadcasting Institute (LPP RRI) together with the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) are committed to providing a forum for the public to convey various kinds of issues. This space is available through the "KSP Joint Dialogue Program" which the public can listen to through the broadcast of RRI Programa 3 (PRO 3) every Thursday starting at 08.00-09.00 WIB.

"RRI has a reputation as a public broadcasting institution which is interpreted by the public as "universal the whole of society" or the whole that exists in society," said the President Director of LPP RRI, Hendrasmo after signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Head of the Indonesian Presidential Staff Office, Moeldoko at the Auditorium. Yusuf Ronodipuro RI Jakarta, Thursday (30/6/2022).

He explained that the public needed sufficient information before assessing the decisions made by the government. Later, it is hoped that the dialogue room can provide complete information services to the public.

"From the perspective of LPP RRI, we have an obligation to fulfill the rights of citizens to obtain information services that will be carried out by the government related to programs and policies," he explained.

Hendrasmo said that the challenges of the current era of disruption have made hoax information circulated. For that, said Hendrasmo, RRI will continue to be an accurate medium in providing information.

"Here RRI carries out the control function as well as social glue. In the joint broadcast of KSP we will get direct feedback from the government. Input from the public who raises various problems needs to be resolved immediately and responded to," he concluded.

For information, the RRI-KSP memorandum of understanding (MoU) was also present, namely, Deputy IV KSP Jury Ardiantoro, Head of the KSP Secretariat Yan Adikusuma and Experts at the Presidential Office. Also attending were the RRI Board of Directors, the RRI Supervisory Board and the Head of the RRI Satker in the Jakarta area. (RRI)
