From Komodo Islands cluster, Gili Lawa is one of the islands whose view is very beautiful. A small uninhabited island is located in the Komodo Archipelago, East Nusa Tenggara to the north of Komodo Island and it’s directly opposite the Flores Sea. Cheese is one of the most famous dairy products from Europe. Although famous from Europe, Indonesia also has locally made cheese products. Besides Dangke from Enrekang, South Sulawesi, there is also Dali Ni Horbo from Tapanuli, North Sumatra. In the Batak language, "Dali" means Milk, while "Horbo" means Buffalo. So, it means Buffalo Milk. Indeed, this food is made from buffalo milk. The tradition of processing buffalo milk has been carried out by the ancestors of the Batak people. Dali ni horbo or another name, Bagot ni horbo has become the daily menu of the Batak people and is one of the menus for home cooking.
To make Dali Ni Horbo, the buffalo milk is milked and then processed in the traditional way, without preservatives and chemical substances. After the milk is finished, the milk is boiled for 10 minutes. Then, it is added with pineapple juice and papaya leaves. This method is done to help the milk to thicken while reducing the fishy smell. As the milk boils, the bubbles that are floating on the top are separated and the milk will slowly begin to thicken. After boiling, Dali Ni Horbo can be cooled and ready to eat.
Once cooked, Dali Ni Horbo looks white and solid like tofu with a strong milky aroma. This Dali or Bagot Ni Horbo can be consumed directly because it has gone through the ripening process. However, this Batak Cheese will be even more delicious if it is cooked with arsik spices. Arsik is a typical Batak cuisine that also uses the typical Batak "Andaliman" seasoning. If one day you visit North Sumatra, Dali Ni Horbo can be found around Lake Toba, Samosir Island, Tarutung, Parapat area, and traditional markets in North Sumatra. Toweren Uken people in Takengan, Central Aceh, Aceh province have cultural heritage that holds a noble historical value. It’s called ‘Reje Baluntara traditional house’. It is the building where the King of Baluntara has lived for generations. This building is in the form of a house on stilts made of wood. Uniquely, the building does not use many nails. The wood used is made like a 'knock down' interlocking and locking each other.
If you enter this traditional house, the atmosphere is very dark, because there is no electricity here. In addition, the existing windows are never opened. If you pay attention, almost on every wall and wood in the building, there are various Gayo filigree carvings. This type of carving can also be found on Gayo filigree (traditional) fabrics. The typical carvings can be found in the foyer, namely on wooden poles (vertically) and the top of the inner wall (horizontally). In this building, there are carvings with philosophical content in each of its visual constructions. On the walls, there are various openwork motifs, such as puter tali (multiple gyre), emun mupesir (spreading clouds), and emun berkune (branched clouds).
Reje Baluntara traditional house is also called ‘Umah Edet Pitu Ruang’ or the Seven-Room Traditional House. The number of rooms in the building consists of four rooms, a kitchen and two foyers each for men and women so that the total is seven rooms. If you look inside the building, there are four rooms of equal size (the king's parents’ room, the king's room, two children's rooms for men and women), two porches and one front porch (lepo). In front of the traditional house building, there is a black stone resembling an inscription. It is divided into two parts; on the right and left, there is an inscription of the genealogy of the King of Baluntara who once inhabited the traditional house.

The Banyu Nget of natural tourism object is located in the village of Dukuh, Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency, East Java. Since its opening, this tourism destination has attracted many tourists because of its cool, beautiful and natural atmosphere.

Wedang is a ginger-based beverage which is popular in many regions in Java Island. "Wedang" in Javanese language means hot beverage and indeed, it is usually served hot or warm. There are various types of Wedang in Java. In Solo, Central Java, at least, there are 6 types of Wedang known to the local people, such as Wedang Ronde, Wedang Asle, Wedang Dongo, Wedang Jahe, Wedang Kacang and Wedang Serbat. There is a mixture of fried peanuts, kolang-kaling, and sticky rice balls filled with finely ground peanuts in a portion of Wedang Dongo. Lake Tolire is located under the Gamalama volcano in Ternate, North Maluku. If we visit the lake, we have to fly to Ternate City, North Maluku.
