VOInews, Jakarta : The Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy joined again South Asia's Travel & Tourism Exchange (SATTE) 2024 as - in the largest international tourism exchange in India - an effort to increase foreign tourist visits in 2024.
Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno at “The Weekly Brief with Sandi Uno”in Jakarta on Monday(26/2) conveyed that at the international tourism exchange, Indonesia offered sustainable tourism packages. Minister Uno further said, on the first day of SATTE, Indonesia had reached the transaction target of USD 114 billion with 45,000 tourists.
South Asia's Travel & Tourism Exchange (SATTE) 2024 took place onFebruary 22-24, 2024 at India Expo & Mart, Greater Noida, New Delhi. By 2024, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy through the Wonderful Indonesia brand raises the theme "Keep the Wonder" with the designs of Borobudur, Prambanan, and Yogyakarta in its pavilion as a form of the ministry’s consistency in promoting 5 Super Priority Destinations (DSP).
In this year's implementation, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy also collaborates with 41 selected tourism industry players, consisting of travel agents/tour operators, DMC (Destination Management Company), hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions. (VOI/Dora)
