Indonesian male lifter, Rizky Juniansyah, who appeared in the 73-kg class, won three gold medals at the 2020 Virtual Youth Weightlifting World Championship held from Lima, Peru, Sunday (Nov 15) Western Indonesia Time. The three gold medals were obtained after Rizky managed to record a total force of 325 kg with details of snatch 145 and clean and jerk 180 kg.

Besides winning three gold medals, the 16-year-old lifter has also successfully surpassed the three youth world records in his own name that he won at the 2020 World Junior and Youth Championships in Uzbekistan last February. The world records for teenagers that Rizky managed to break are snatch force from 139 kg to 145 kg, clean and jerk weighing 180 kg or exceeding the world youth record standard, namely 171 kg, and total force from 307 kg to 325 kg.
