Minister of Foreign Affairs, Retno Marsudi directly invites her Brazilian counterpart, Minister Aloysio Nunes Ferreira to attend ‘Our Ocean Conference 2018’ to take place in Bali on October 29-30. Indonesia and Brazil have agreed to intensify their bilateral meeting. This was stated by Minister Retno LP Marsudi in a bilateral meeting with Minister Aloysio Nunes Ferreira at Novotel Hotel in Bogor, West Java on Friday(May 11^th).

“And I would like also to invite you, Prime Minister to 'Our Ocean Conference', because Indonesia will host the 5th Our Ocean Conference in Bali on the 29th and 30th of October. And we agreed also to intensify our meeting wherever we are at the same International Conference to arrange the Bilateral Meeting,” Retno Marsudi said.

Minister Ferreira has welcomed the invitation of Minister Retno Marsudi to attend ‘Our Ocean Conference 2018’ in Bali. Minister Ferreira added that Indonesia and Brazil have similarities.
