The General Election Commission (KPU) announced the results of the health examination of the presidential candidates and vice presidential candidates 2019. In the results of the health examination, all presidential candidates were declared eligible. The commission Chairperson Arief Budiman at the KPU office, Jakarta, Tuesday (08/14/2018) said that the examination was carried out on a person-to-person basis, and the results of the health examination of the presidential-vice presidential pair would be announced one by one. The results of the first examination read out were the health results of presidential candidate Joko Widodo and vice president Ma'ruf Amin. Meanwhile, the presidential and vice presidential candidates Probowo Subianto and Sandiaga Uno were also declared healthy and able to carry out their duties as president.

"For presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto, currently there is no spiritually and physically incapacity in the fields, to carry out duties and obligations as president. Secondly, there was no negative abuse of narcotics and psychotropic substances and other addictive substances. In the general, it is stated that he meets the requirements," Arief Budiman said.

Furthermore, Arief Budiman said that vice presidential candidate Sandiago Salahuddin Uno currently does not have spiritual or physical inability to carry out his duties and obligations as vice president.
