VOInews, Jakarta : Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka believes that relations between Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will continue to grow into a model of international cooperation that is mutually respectful, beneficial, and promotes tolerance and equality. The statement was made by Vice President Gibran when delivering a welcoming speech at the 53rd National Day Reception of the United Arab Emirates in Jakarta, Tuesday night (3/12). The Vice President said the close relations between the two countries are driven by a common vision.

"Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates share the same vision in upholding humanitarian values and solidarity, in building inclusive collaboration and cooperation to realise world peace. This includes collaboration between the Indonesian Medical Team and the Emirati Integrated Field Hospital in Rafah and Gaza. This common vision is one of the drivers so that the relationship between the two countries is getting closer and growing", Vice President said. 

Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka believes that the strong ties between Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates can be even stronger in the future and become an example of world cooperation that is mutually respectful, mutually beneficial, and promotes tolerance and equality. In his speech, Vice President Gibran also emphasised that the close relationship between Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates is not only politically close but also warm as brothers. The Vice President also conveyed warm greetings from President Prabowo and himself to the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed and all the people of the United Arab Emirates//VOI
