Cooperation between Indonesian & Dutch Supreme Court Has Entered the 4th Cycle Featured

Chairman of Indonesian Supreme Court, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hatta Ali, SH., MH., said the cooperation between the Supreme Court of Indonesia and the Netherlands will enter its 4th cycle in 2018. This is marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding on extending cooperation in strengthening the judicial system of the two countries, especially the strengthening of the supreme court room system for the next 5 years. The signing was held at the Supreme Court of Indonesia in Jakarta, Friday (19/1). This was conveyed by Muhammad Hatta Ali in "Indonesia-Netherlands Rule of Law and Security Update 2018" held at Atmajaya University Jakarta, Thursday (18/1). He explained that the extension of this cooperation indicates that cooperation has been effective, sustainable, and mutually beneficial for the two countries' Supreme Court. For the Indonesian Supreme Court, this three-period collaboration has provided an invaluable insight into encouraging the effective implementation and management of the room system, simplifying the decision format, and improving the consistency of decisions. Indonesia-Netherlands Rule of Law and Security Update 2018 was also attended by the Chief Justice of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, M.W.C Feteris.// VOI.19 01 2018. Indah/ nrl/ahm
