Indonesian Embassy to Moscow, Russia in the near future plans to hold Indonesian Culinary Week to introduce the culinary wealth of the archipelago. Therefore, the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia will hold a network of buffet restaurants in Moscow to cooperate. This was conveyed by Indonesian Ambassador to Russia, Wahid Supriyadi in his press conference at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jakarta, Friday (23/2).

"We're just about to hold Culinary Week with Grably's restaurant. Grably is like a modern buffet so you have to pay how much you pick. There are 10 chains throughout Moscow, one chain in a day can reach from 2000 to 4000. So I want our chef later train how to cook rendang, fried rice, then balado and many more. I will then introduce a new menu, dessert, like fried bananas," Indonesian Ambassador to Russia, Wahid Supriyadi said in his press conference at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jakarta, Friday (23/2).

Ambassador Wahid Supriyadi added that currently the Indonesian culinary has become a Primadona in Russia. He claimed to have many requests for a typical Indonesian restaurant opened in Russia. Unfortunately, enthusiasts from large restaurants in Indonesia have not been there. This, according to Ambassador Wahid Supriyadi, is very unfortunate if not developed. In fact, it is profitable for any Indonesian people who want to open a restaurant in Russia. (VOI/Rezha/R/Alika)
