Bali to Host International Airshow Again in 2024

VOInews, Jakarta: Indonesian Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment will hold the Bali International Airshow 2024 (BIAS) in September 2024. This was started with a signing between PT INARO Tujuh Belas as the organizer of BIAS and the CARE Peduli Foundation (YCP).

Tunisian president Kais Saied, who launched a sweeping power grab in 2021 and rules by decree, has accused many non-government organizations of serving "foreign agendas".

Indonesian Police to Recruit 10,000 Indigenous Personnel to be Assigned in Papua

VOInews, Jakarta: Assistant to the Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Polri), Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, stated that the police will recruit 10,000 people to be assigned in the four provinces in the Papua region. As reported by Antara, Prasetyo said in Jakarta on Sunday (3/3/2024) that the recruitment will be carried out from 2024 to 2028. Dedi hoped that the regional police chiefs in Papua could be active in disseminating information to the recruits.
