VOInews, Jakarta: Assistant to the Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Polri), Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, stated that the police will recruit 10,000 people to be assigned in the four provinces in the Papua region. As reported by Antara, Prasetyo said in Jakarta on Sunday (3/3/2024) that the recruitment will be carried out from 2024 to 2028. Dedi hoped that the regional police chiefs in Papua could be active in disseminating information to the recruits.
