Disseminating access to higher education to Indonesian citizens abroad, especially for Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) is certainly not an easy matter for the Open University (UT).

However, this has become UT's main mission to provide access and equal distribution of higher education for all Indonesian citizens, including PMI who are abroad, explained Pardamean.
