Slovakia will expand bilateral cooperation with Indonesia in various sectors. That was said by Ambassador of Slovak Republic to Indonesia H.E Michal Slivovic to the Voice of Indonesia during the commemoration of 100th Anniversary of the Establishment of Czechoslovakia and 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic in Jakarta, Monday (7/5). According to Ambassador Michal Slivovic, Indonesia always has cooperation potential, especially with its 260 million population.
“We are trying to expand cooperation, all of possible areas of mutual interest. There is always potential, Indonesia is a big market. You know, a country of 260 plus million people, so it's a big market and we are trying to, our companies had tried to go here. It's not so easy because the competition is big from all around the world. But we are trying to do our best and hopefully in some possible future, we can do more concrete projects,” Michal Slivovic said.
From various potential cooperation sectors, energy became the main sector that is offerred by Slovak Republic. Because, according to Ambassador Michal Slivovic, Indonesia is attempting to reach the 35,000 MW power plant development target.
