In the dialog, you hear a sentence Kami akan kirim pesanan Anda (2X) which means We will deliver your order. The word akan in the sentence shows that something will happen. In the dialog, the waitress plans to deliver Kevin’s order (not happen yet). The word akan (2X) means will.
