Foreigners get vaccinated in Tanjung Benoa, Bali - 

 

The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, reviewed the vaccination center designated for Foreign Citizens (WNA) who do not have a Population Identification Number (NIK). This vaccination center was held in Tanjung Benoa, Bali.

"These foreigners are also part of the tourism ecosystem and creative economy in Bali and with the concept of helping each other today, we can start vaccinations," said the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Saturday (12/18/2021).

This vaccination center is the result of collaboration between the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and Kimia Farma, Antis, Enesis Group, and Homecare24. With a target of 1,300 vaccine recipients, it is hoped that it can help accelerate herd immunity or communal immunity in Indonesia in general, and Bali in particular.

"Because if we really want Bali to be protected from the Omicron variant, they must also be given the first and second doses of vaccination," said Sandiaga.

Through Geber Parekraf Peduli, Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf has vaccinated 701,989 people in various regions. This is certainly thanks to cooperation with the business world, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.

For this reason, the Menparekraf continues to encourage all elements of the pentahelix to 'collaborate' to present a vaccination center, so that the target to be achieved by the Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf by the end of 2021 to vaccinate 1 million tourism and creative actors and the community can be achieved, so that the tourism and creative economy sectors can be achieved. rise and jobs are created again.

"As of today, thank God, thanks to Geber Parekraf Peduli, 701,989 people have been vaccinated, from the target of one million parekraf people, and we will continue to increase it," said Sandiaga.
