Hallyu Tourism Festival: A Heart Pounding Escape to Korea launch in Jakarta on Thursday (11/07/24), (Photo : Fatoer) - 

VOInews, Jakarta : Korea Tourism Organization, as an official government organization to promote Korea tourism to the world, holds Hallyu Tourism Festival: A Heart Pounding Escape to Korea in Main Atrium of Lotte Mall Jakarta from 11 – 14 July 2024.

This event presents varieties of installation that were built in Hallyu concept and has various arenas. Starting from K-Drama, K-Food, K-pop, and K-Tourism arena.

K-Drama installation consists of a replica installation of a Korean drama shooting location which has been booming in recent years. Starting from the Cheongna Lake Park installation which is the backdrop for the drama The Glory.

This installation is a Baduk board in the main area which has a table, wooden chairs and several white and black
flat balls, where Yeo Jeong and Do Yeong play Baduk.

The second installation comes from the ‘Heart Tree’ at the Sono Calm Jeju Resort which is the backdrop for the drama King the Land. The place where Goo Won and Sarang did a phenomenal photo session from the drama.

This installation is a heart shaped artificial tree and allows visitors to take photos under the artificial tree. The third installation comes from a Camping Car Replica which is the background for the reality show program BTS In the Soop 2. The place where Suga wrote songs while the other BTS members played outside the camping car.

The installation features a camping car as a backdrop for the photo wall and red-iron seats that visitors can sit on to take photos. The next installation comes from a campfire on a beach which is the backdrop for the drama Castaway Diva.

This is the place where Mokha did the official photo session for the drama Castaway Diva. This installation is a replica of a bonfire and coconut tree as well as a beach background.

Another installation of K-Drama Zone is an installation that displays video of the latest booming dramas in a mini cinema that visitors can stop by. Also, a 3D hologram showing the main characters of the drama so that visitors can take photos with the hologram.

According to a release received by Voice of Indonesia on Friday (12/07/24), apart from the K-Drama Zone, the K-Food Zone is also available for visitors who want to taste various Korean foods for free by following KTO's Instagram and YouTube.

The various foods provided are Woo Young Woo's favorite foods in drama Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Kimbab and Bibimguksu as well as other recent Korean food hits, called Cream Bread and Korean Pouch Drinks. 

There is also a K-Pop installation for visitors to write messages or wishes to their idols via sticky notes and stick them on the K-pop installation wall.

Also, visitors who are curious about the newest destinations and what is being promoted by KTO can come to the K-Tourism installation. 2024 Hallyu Tourism Festival will take place from 11 – 14 July 2024//VOI
