Musical instrument and complementary products from Indonesia succeeded to achieve potential transaction worth US$1.4 million dollars at The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Show 2020. The NAMM Show 2020 is the Great Musical Exhibition in the world which was held at Anaheim Convention Center, in California starting from January 16– 19, 2020. Indonesian pavilion displayed various kinds of musical instruments and its complementary. As many as four producers of musical instruments from Indonesia participated in the show, namely Sjuman Instruments, Dr. Case, Stranough Guitar Technology, and Genta Guitar. All products which were displayed, have premium quality and through curation process in Los Angeles. Therefore, the products are worthy to be exported and can fulfill the U.S. market.

The regional government of Parigi Moutong has established cooperation with Asia e University Malaysia in educational development to improve the quality of human resources. The agreement between both parties was written in an MoU which was signed by Regent of Parigi Motong, Samsurizal Tombolotutu along with Director of Asia e University Malaysia, Emeritus Dato Dr. Hasan Said in Parigi on Wednesday (22/1/2020). An official of Home Ministry, Owi Jamsay who witnessed the event said that for the first time, the MoU was signed by the University with a region that was chosen by them. He also explained the event is not only for formal education, but also as a report to the central government on the bilateral cooperation between the university and regional government. Regent Samsurizal Tombolotutu also explained that the relationship, which is established between both parties will result in the construction of a college in the regency.

Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil received the visit of Ambassador of Republic of Azerbaijan to Indonesia, Jalal Mirzayev at Gedung Pakuan in Bandung, West Java on Wednesday (22/1/2020). The visit of Ambassador Jalal Mirzayev is aimed to open cooperation with provincial government of West Java, especially in tourism field and also improve previous cooperation which was previously conducted along with college in West Java. The governor said that his side receives any parties which want to invest in his province. In the meeting with the ambassador, Governor Emil also handed over investment list’s book as guidance for Azerbaijan to know investment potential in West Java. In addition, he also invited the government of Azerbaijan to attend the West Java Tourism Summit in April 2020.
