Under heavy rainfall, the President saw firsthand cash-intensive activities to build a 1,040-meter-wide and 3-meter-wide production line absorbing 50 workers and farmers groups. The value of this cash work is Rp600 million.

Meanwhile, the construction of irrigation by building a 581 meter long channel absorbed 150 workers valued Rp675 million.

After closely reviewing the cash work, the President explained that in South Sulawesi Province there are 380 locations of cash-intensive work.

"There is irrigation.
There is a paddy field to facilitate the production. And we expect the secondary irrigation channel is good. Later the terrier will have good results in increased production," President told reporters. (Release: Protocol, Press and Media Secretariat of the President)
