The first information is from China.

Indonesian food and beverage industry products appear at the "Ningbo 8th International Food Exhibition" in Ningbo, China on November 8 to 12 2019. This was held in conjunction with the 2nd China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2019 in Shanghai, China. Director General of the Ministry of Trade's National Export Development, Dody Edward said in a statement received in Jakarta on Thursday that Indonesia would continue to penetrate the Chinese market with brands that already exist in the Chinese market as well as other reliable products. It is hoped that this activity will also contribute to increasing Indonesian exports.

The governments of Indonesia and South Korea held the 3rd Indonesia-Korea Consular Consultation in Seoul, South Korea (11/11). The consultation meeting discussed the agenda related to consular affairs, protection of Indonesian citizens and other issues. The Korean delegation as host was led by Byun Chul-hwan, Director General for Overseas Korean and Consular Affairs, South Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Acting on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia at a consular consultation meeting was Secretary of the Director General of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Winanto Adi. In his opening remarks, Byun Chul-hwan welcomed the continuation of the third Consular Consultation meeting held ahead of the bilateral meetings between the Presidents of the two countries and the ASEAN-ROK Commemorative Summit in Busan 25-26 November 2019.Meanwhile, Winanto Adi said that the implementation of the Consular Consultation is the right platform to resolve various strategic consular issues, which are in the interests of the two countries. The effort was also carried out in order to improve bilateral relations between Indonesia and South Korea in the fields of economy, politics, defense, research, technology and culture.

Indonesia has initiated United Nations resolutions or decisions on the creative economy at the UN General Assembly Session, which was passed by consensus in New York, USA on November 14, 2019. The resolution entitled "International Year of Creative Economy for Sustainable Development, 2021" emphasizes the crucial role of the creative economy sector in promoting sustainable development. Ambassador Dian Triansyah Djani, Indonesia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York, emphasized that Indonesia has taken various steps to mainstream the creative economy at the UN remembering that Indonesia has contributed to sustainable development in many countries. For the first time, Indonesia initiated a decision at the UN in the form of a creative economic resolution, which had never been done by other countries before. The European Union and a number of delegates expressed high appreciation for Indonesia's initiative.
