Thus, requests from airlines from other countries that have been queuing, from Qatar, Saudi, India, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan, all of which want to enter but are already full of slots, can now be added to enter Soekarno-Hatta. again.

"We hope that it will not be like yesterday, if we want to go down for half an hour, it's not there after it's finished. God willing, it doesn't exist. That is, the additional large capacity is immediately closed because the replacement is long, "continued the President.

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is optimistic that in the next 2025 the process of land certification throughout Indonesia will be completed. To that end, President Jokowi urged the National Land Agency (BPN) office to continue to raise the target of completing the issuance of land certificates from year to year.

"Next year I ask for 5 million, next year I will ask for 7 million, next year I will ask for 9 million, next year again 12 million, next year will continue to rise. So that our target in 2025 for all of Indonesia whose names are completed, God willing, will be completed, "said President Jokowi when delivering a speech on the submission of 3,200 land certificates to the people, at Tri Dharma PT Petrokimia GOR, Gresik Regency, East Java, Thursday (6/20) noon

According to the Head of State, in 2015 the certificate held by the community should reach 126 million parcels of land. But in reality, at that time only 46 million plots of land had been certified. The remaining 80 million land parcels have not been certified.

"Previously, in the past one year it could only produce 500 thousand per year, in Indonesia 500 thousand. If it is lacking 80 million, it means it is 160 years old. 80 million, a year is only 500 thousand, meaning that the use of this certificate must wait 160 years, "said the Head of State.

Therefore, President Jokowi conveyed to the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR) / Head of BPN that this could not be continued. He asked the ATR Minister / Head of the National Land Agency to be able to complete the land certification target as stated.

"Earlier, the Minister of BPN had promised, the promise of the Minister, you know, Gresik 2024 was all over. The Minister promised, I just have to promise, all of you also promise, "said the President.

Be careful

To the people who already hold the land certificate, the Head of State entrusted the message to be covered in plastic so that if the tiles were leaked, the certificate would not be damaged. The second is photocopied so that the original one is  missing, still the copy exist. Managing it to the BPN office is easy.

Thirdly, the Head of State reminded, so be careful if you want to be used for collateral, for collateral to the bank.

"Please count first, it is calculated before you can install it or not, you can install it or not. If the count doesn't come in, don't borrow, don't use it for collateral. We just received it today, tomorrow at the bank, right? "Because you are in a hurry to get a loan, keep forgetting that it's not counted, you can't pay it off, you lost the certificate ," said the Head of State.

Attending the occasion included First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo, Minister of State Secretary (Minister of State) Pratikno, Minister of ATR / Head of BPN Sofyan Jalil, and Governor of East Java Khofifah Indar Parawansa. (kemensetkab)

"With the implementation of TFA, it is expected to simplify and harmonize international trade procedures so that they are more transparent and non-discriminatory," Doddy said.
According to Doddy, tariff barriers to international trade continue to decline. However, on the other hand there is a tendency for an increase in non-tariff trade barriers that are based on the implementation of standards, health, safety, safety and the environment.
"Incorrect implementation of non-tariff trade related barriers has an impact on increasing trade costs and administrative costs in international trade, which ultimately can be protectionist," Dody explained.
The workshop was held to improve the ability of APEC members in implementing their commitment to TFA, especially regarding the simplification of export / import procedures. In addition, the workshop also facilitated members to share their knowledge and experience in implementing TFA according to the agreement in the World Trade Organization (WTO).
The two-day event was attended by 125 participants from the APEC Economy. In addition, this event is a form of realization of the agreement of Indonesia's initiatives through the Ministry of Trade which was submitted to the fora of the 2018 APEC Trade and Investment Committee in Papua New Guinea.
The event was attended by representatives of the APEC Economic embassy in Jakarta, ministries / institutions, academics, and the business world. Also present were experts on trade facilitation agreements including Yann Duval from the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and Alexandre Larouche Maltais from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) as the speaker.
"It is expected that this workshop can produce recommendations for the implementation of the WTO FTA from the aspects of the legislative framework and bureaucratic downsizing, as well as the implementation of aspects of information technology communication and institutional procedures. "This recommendation will be presented at the meeting of the Trade and Investment Committee at the APEC forum in Puerto Varas, Chile in the upcoming August 2019," concluded Doddy. (kemendag)
