Indonesian President , Joko Widodo reminded that urban population growth around the world continuously increases. Therefore, the issue of urban setup in the New Urban Agenda is very important. It was said by President  Joko Widodo  when  opening the  World Habitat Day commemoration virtually  which was held at the Surabaya City Hall, East Java on Monday night (5/10). The President further said  if it is not seriously prepared, the rapid growth of the community can trigger many problems. On the other hand, if it is handled properly, urbanization can be an opportunity for the progress of Indonesia.

"If it is  not seriously prepared, the rapid growth of the community can trigger problems such as   density and poverty, environmental problems and availability of public spaces, the availability of basic infrastructure, particularly  clean water and sanitation, including housing problems and various other urban problems. However, if Indonesia handles it well, I believe that the urbanization can be an extraordinary opportunity for the progress of Indonesia. It can become a center for creativity and innovation, can encourage the economic growth, and improve the quality of life and welfare of its citizens" The President said. 

Furthermore, President Joko Widodo also reminded that currently 55 percent of the world's population live in cities. The number of population   approximately  increases to 68 percent. The highest rate of increase occurred in the continents of Asia and Africa. So the President said the commitment to the "New Urban Agenda" in 2036 can not be postponed. Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) emphasized the importance of providing livable houses for the community.  This was conveyed by President Jokowi in a virtual speech at the Global Habitat Day 2020 Commemoration which was held in Surabaya, East Java, Monday.  In his remarks, the president also conveyed that the theme raised in the commemoration was a very relevant theme for the whole world.

"The theme "Housing for All: A Better Urban Future" is the right agenda for all of us, for the whole world, that the home is the basic need of all people around the world, that the home will strengthen the family as the main pillar of the nation's strength, and the house is a bulwark  first against various health risks, including the Covid-19 pandemic" The President said. 

In his speech, President Joko Widodo said that the Indonesian government strives so that every citizen can occupy a livable house.  One of them is through the One Million Houses Program which has been implemented since 2015. The President added, the target of building one million housing units per year has been successfully exceeded in 2018 with a focus on low-income communities. Through the Global Habitat Day 2020 Commemoration, President Joko Widodo hopes that delegates from all over the country can share ideas, exchange knowledge, expertise and experiences, as well as forge cooperation and strengthen collaboration to increase the resilience of cities to face pandemics and other disasters. The Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Informaticslaunched a digital training program for micro, small and medium enterprises -MSMEsto support their sustainability in helping Indonesia's economic growth amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Minister of Communication and Informatics, Jhony G. Plate in his remarks at the launch of a virtualdigital training program in Jakarta on Monday (Oct 5) said that this program is aimed at advancing, strengthening and empowering the MSMEs in Indonesia.

“...The wider expansion of the Digital MSME training program is a form of the government's commitment to advancing, strengthening and empowering the MSMEs and ultra-micro in our homeland.We need to note that the MSMEs and ultra-micro have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy. The contribution of the MSMEs and ultra-micro to GDP is around 60 percent. With the Covid-19 pandemic, many businesspeople have been affected by social restrictions because they are still based on conventional or offline businesses. At the same time, digital economy activity has increased rapidly on which in April 2020, online sales increased 480 percent compared to January 2020.” Minister said. 

Furthermore, Minister Johny G Plate pointed out that currently, Indonesia is also providing internet infrastructure equipped with 4G signals at more than 150 thousand public service points in Indonesia via the Satria 1 multifunction satellite which is expected to be put into orbit in the third quarter of 2023. Porelea is a remote village at Pipikoro, Sigi regency, Central Sulawesi. The old hamlet is located at the slope with an average slope of over 30 percent . The native population of the hamlet is Topo Uma. They plant coffee and cocoa trees. Although they are Christians, they still preserve their local wisdoms which still contain of mysticism. One of them is Rego dance.

Raego or Rego dancing in a circle formation while singing long lyrics in old Uma local language. Rego lyrics are diverse, in accordance with the event which is held. The lyrics are different, in accordance with the event. The Rego after the harvest, the lyrics are about the process of opening field, planting, and harvesting. If rego is danced as entertainment for a family in mourning, its lyrics contain of a human life cycle from birth to deathand also telling the goodness of the dead person while he/she was alive. Usually, the Rego is danced after religious ceremony.

The Rego is also danced when welcoming honor guests. The Lyrics are about happiness of the host over the guest’s attendance, and hope the meeting will bring benefit for both sides, and the guests come home safely. When welcoming the guest, Rego dance is usually performed at Loboor village’s hall. The Rego is danced by dozens of men and women. The men wear halili customs or traditional clothes of Kulawi tribeOn their waists are banded guma or parang and they use headband or siga.
