The transportation ministry prepares to enter the new normal, with flights to and from Bali's I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. Director General of Civil Aviation from the Ministry of Transportation, Novie Riyanto, noted in a statement received in Jakarta, Saturday, that Bali had been making preparation to enter the new normal era, by following the provisions and health protocols being enacted. As quoted by Antara, in this time passengers looking to enter Bali through the I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, should hold a document that shows negative results for COVID-19, from a swab test based on the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Before conducting inspections at the airport, the director general held a meeting with Bali Governor I Wayan Koster in Denpasar. During the meeting, the Ministry of Transportation expressed support to fulfil the aspirations of the Bali provincial government, in a bid to boost the island’s tourism and economic potential by continuing to prioritize health protocols, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in all transportation services on land, at sea, and in air//ANT
