Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), a cultural-recreational park situated in East Jakarta will limit visitors to one-third of its normal capacity when it reopens under the new normal protocols over Covid-19 outbreak concerns. As quoted by Antara News Agency, Information Manager of Cultural and Tourism of TMII, Diah Tri Irawati stated in Jakarta on Wednesday (3/6) that TMII maximum capacity is 60.000 visitors, and one-third of that would mean 15.000 to 20.000 people and the limitations will apply for all venues. Take for instance; the bird park may allow 400 people per session, compared with its usual capacity of 2.000.
